Here’s my video showing how I make dough for pasta…
For the ingredients…
I made a lot of pasta in the video which is published on my YouTube channel. The rule of thumb is 1 cup of flour/semolina to 1 egg (you may also need to add a little cold water).
For the video, I used 3 cups of strong white bread flour, 3 cups of semolina and 7 free range eggs from my flock.
From the dough, I made enough sheet past for a 6 portion lasagne, with enough left over to make loads of tagliatelle and spaghetti.
